Soma Kulshrestha joined S.C.M.S,Pune on 15 th May 2010 as Assistant Professor , She is a Post graduate in Commerce and has also completed her B,ED . She cleared her U.G.C ,N.E.T in Commerce in June 2011 ,She started her teaching career as Senior Secondary Teacher in 1997 and taught Commerce subjects for 13 years in a C.B.S.E affiliated,Nath Valley school at Aurangabad , Where she was holding the position of H.O.D Commerce ,At Symbiosis Centre For Management Studies Pune she mainly teaches the subjects of Accounting in the Stream Of Accounting & Finance. She is also the Faculty Incharge for the Course ACCA , (Association Of Chartered Certified Accountants ) where she is accountable for Accountant in Business She prefers to research in topics which are emerging in the field of Accounting and would be pursuing her PhD in an inter-Disciplinary topic including Accounting and H.R .

Mrs Sabiha Fazalbhoy has been associated with SCMS, Pune since 2010 as faculty member of General Management, specializing in Entrepreneurship related subjects. She has also taught a variety of courses related to Entrepreneurship at SIMC-UG AND SID, Pune. She has a rich experience of over 12 years with a blend of Academics and Industry. She has done her Bachelors and Masters degree in Commerce with honors in Business Administration from Pune University. She has done her Post Graduate Diploma in Child Psychology from Nyan Prabodini, Pune University. She has a certification in Computer Sofware from NIIT, Pune. She also has a certification in French Language course from Allianz Institute, Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A. She is currently pursuing PhD from Symbiosis International University in Women Entrepreneurship. She has several achievements to her credit which include best paper awards, paper presentations at IIM's, a number of research publications in Journals of repute. She was invited in 2015 as a faculty mentor for a start-up fest organized by Rajasthan Government. She has been instrumental in mentoring two student start ups at SCMS. She has been selected and invited by the University of Cologne, Germany and SIU for participation in a research project at the University of Cologne, Germany.

She brings in 11 years of teaching experience in diverse environments, SCMS, Pune has allowed her to focus on developing a positive rapport with all students through effective communication and a culturally sensitive curricula. She has taught an array of subjects ranging from Quality Management, Human Resource Management, Business Communication, Environment Management, and Environment Impact Assessment. As an active member of Indian Society for Training and Development, she is able to focus on development skills required to involve real life examples with teaching. Preeti Sodhi with nearly 20 years of teaching experience is a qualified Post Graduate in PGDMA / M.A Economics and M.Ed to her credentials She has been teaching a variety of subjects from Integrated Marketing Communication to Business Studies, Corporate Governance, EXIM Policies and Procedures, International Relations and Strategies, Post Liberalization Indian Economy to Business Environment. Her belief that teaching is leaving a vestige of oneself in the development of another, has left an impeccable impact on the students and her connect with the students has been remarkable. She interjects different models of teaching such as case studies, presentations, real life examples, role models, group discussions and conducting spot quiz to understand the learning curve of students. Apart from teaching she has conducted workshop on “Stress Management” and “Team-Building & Group Dynamics”. She has been a part of the Women’s Cell and has contributed towards the International Conference. She is a teacher who silently enjoys tears of happiness when she sees her students succeed.
