What makes Sympulse unique is that it is an end-to-end student managed fest. From
cracking some of the biggest sponsorship deals, inviting the most glamorous celebrities
to hosting the most exciting events, it is all planned and executed by students.
Sympulse, like an organization has several departments working together
simultaneously. We work like any other corporate firm. With each and every person's
task, role and responsibility defined.
The Executive Committee is a group of seasoned professionals who have gained
experience and insight through their years of work for Sympulse. They look over the
network of organization, management, and compliance of the fest, making them key
participants in its success. Their work also includes the recruitment of the Heads of
Departments and indirectly the core members. Even in these unprecedented times
the team has worked relentlessly to ensure that every HoD and core member had a
grilling but smooth application process and interview and selected the best of the best.
Now that the core is onboard, they are finding new and innovative ways to keep them
engaged, while promoting Sympulse. They put in a tireless effort to make this
experience interactive and memorable for every member.
The Executive Committee are as invested in Sympulse as they were when they first
entered as Core Committee members. They are looking forward to host Sympulse once
again, with the same passion as every year but with every extra precaution they have to
